Back in January I realized I was stuck in a loop of work, Netflix, and late-night scrolling, which left me feeling drained even though I wasn’t doing much. I knew I had to change something, but I didn’t want a super strict system that would make me feel guilty whenever I slipped. A coworker mentioned Liven, so I gave it a try, and at first I wasn’t sure if it would actually help me or if it was just another tracker I’d delete after a week. What caught me off guard was how it kind of eased me into things without feeling like homework. I started with a focus challenge and ended up sticking with it longer than I thought possible.
